This training is based on a system developed in Brazil. This training is helping your joints and your flexibelity. You will feel stronger and more flexible in a short period of time. This training is not an easy one. If your stamina isn’t that good, we will make it good in a short period. You will train the best you can AND YOUR WEIGHT WILL DROP LIKE A STONE! On Wednesday evening and Saturday morning we give a station training. This is after a short period of time you switch to a new excercise, in other words you go to a new station. We do this mostly on Saturday morning. All trainings can be done by every one!
